At Sanborn Builders, we pride ourselves on solving unique challenges as well as being able to provide our owners with their exact home desires.  Having drawn on influences from around the world, the owner requested several items rarely seen in our area.  The exterior of this home resembles the French countryside with “squeeze joint” mortar, curved cantilevered balconies, and phenomenal landscaping.  The interior features heated floors, a custom curved staircase, a cat-walk, geothermal HVAC, theater room, concrete safe room, and loads of custom mill work.  The home offered us the opportunity to both learn new construction practices while helping the owners realize the home of their dreams.
