Sanborn Builders not only constructs large homes but also smaller custom homes as well.  The Jones home is located on a unique lot requiring innovative design.  Unlike most homes in our area, we chose to construct this home off-grade in order handle a very high water table. The Jones home is small but quaint with a Hardie siding exterior and a modern cabin style inside.
