If you do not have a working set of drawings but just have your dream home in mind, Sanborn Builders would be happy to draw your plans for you. When we draw your plans for you, we keep your budget in mind so that we can make sure you get the most value for your hard earned dollar. You will have the freedom at any time through the planning process to change your plans so that you get exactly what you want in your new home or building.

When you contact us prior to drawing your plans, you are ahead of the game. Instead of going back and forth between a plans drawer and a builder adjusting your price at one and then adjusting your drawings at another, we can do it all for you. We try to develop both a feel for your budget and for important traits of your home during our first visit with you. We can then draw the plans to fit both your needs and your budget in a timely manner.

Just because we draw your home for you does not mean you are obligated to contract with us to build your home immediately. We do hope that someday we will be able to build your home for you and therefore provide you with a quality, workable set of drawings.
